  3. Programme: Attending and Non-Attending Students Attending (at least 80% of the lessons): Scientific papers, slides and other materials provided during the lessons and published on the website. Non-attending: There are no differences between attending and not- attending students. All the materials shared during the lessons will be published on the website. File with the slides of the lessons are named with LM51 _ENG

  4. Methodology Methodology Lectures, Meeting HR experts and managers, exercises and simulations, carried out in subgroups and discussed in plenary, possible viewing and discussion of videos

  5. Final Final evalutation evalutation and Grade and Grade Final written and oral exam for all the students; Individual and group activities for attending students.

The final oral exam (20% of the final grade) will evaluate the student s degree of knowledge of the main themes and concepts of the subject, the understanding of phenomena and dynamics explaining individual and organizational behaviors, as well as rigorous and analytical thinking skills.

The final oral exam (20% of the final grade) will evaluate the student s degree of knowledge of the main themes and concepts of the subject, the understanding of phenomena and dynamics explaining individual and organizational behaviors, as well as rigorous and analytical thinking skills.
