AIM TO ENSURE THAT PARENT S VIEWS ARE A CONSTANT IN SERVICE DEVELOPMENT

PLACES FORUM REPS AT THE HEART OF THE DELIVERY OF THE SEND IMPROVEMENT AGENDA AIM TO ESTABLISH A MECHANISM THAT DEMONSTRATED THAT VIEWS WERE BEEN HEARD AND ACTED UPON
