History of Echo360 on Campus Summer 2008 School of Law & College of Agriculture 5 appliances, and a few rooms December 2008 College of Engineering Added two existed Apreso licenses to the ESS May 2009 College of Engineering Apreso software licenses upgraded to Echo360 Appliances Summer 2010 = College of Business & School of Architecture Unlimited software & PCAP licenses for 5 colleges (out of 7) 19 appliances Summer 2011 3-5 new appliances October 2011 Full campus license
ESS version 2.0/2.5 2437 recordings (2 years) 172 schedules 130 courses (multiple sections each) Devices 3 processors 11 appliances 5 software capture rooms
ESS version 3-4 (08/2010 now) Fall 2010 Summer 2011 Usage 4306 recordings (Fall 2010 Summer 2011) 219 schedules (Fall 2010 Summer 2011) 224 courses (multiple sections each) Active Devices 19 appliances 43 software capture rooms (+ 25 retired) Fall 2010 April 4, 2012 Usage 8038 recordings 436 schedule 436 courses Active Devices 17 appliances (+8 retired) 16 SafeCapture HD (+2 retired) 108 software capture rooms (+15 retired, +38 unregistered)

Centralized ESS Administered by IT Services License updates Software upgrades Integrations IT Services supports College technicians College technicians support their faculty Delegated Administration in ESS v4 College Organizations College specific rooms, capture solutions, courses Visible to specific College tech admins and staff Moved away from this in October 2011 due to multi-College rooms and buildings
