In September, all new Year 7 students who have completed their Transition to Pool Hayes Passport will be rewarded with positive points, a certificate and also an entry into a prize draw. How do I complete my Transition to Pool Hayes Passport? Complete at least 4 tasks from the Transition Day section. Complete at least 4 tasks from the Summer Holidays section. Transition Day Challenges Transition Day Challenges (to be completed at PHA on 3 (to be completed at PHA on 3rd rd / 4 / 4th th July) July) I have spoken to an adult at PHA who I had never met before today. I have had a conversation with a student who I had never met before today. I know the name of my Head of Year and also the name of my Form Tutor. I know where the student toilets are and the correct times to use them. I know where the Student Support office is. I know what time the school day starts and finishes. Summer Holiday Challenges Summer Holiday Challenges I have written a short letter (or drawn a picture) to tell my new Form Tutor all about me. I have practised packing my school bag, including all of the equipment that I will need. I have practised going for a walk and being responsible for a house key. I have practised setting my own alarm, making my breakfast and being responsible for getting myself smart and ready. I have practised not using my mobile phone for 6 hours.
