We re on the lookout for a Marketing Executive who s as passionate about purposeful storytelling as they are about beautifully made kit. The role | Marketing Executive We re on the lookout for a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to look after our social media, website, and email marketing. You ll help our newly acquired brand, Trakke, to recruit new customers and growUK & international business. If you have a passion for storytelling, a love of purposeful adventure, a sharp eye for content, and know how to engage an audience, this is the role for you. Job title: Marketing Executive Key areas & tasks retention, and promotions. Help to segment and analyse email lists to improve open rates, engagement, and ROI. PR & Community Engagement Write and distribute press releases and brand stories to boost visibility. Build relationships with press, influencers, and creators to increase media coverage. Affiliate Marketing Develop and manage our affiliate marketing program to expand our brand reach. Identify and onboard brand ambassadors, influencers, and affiliate partners. Provide marketing materials to support our affiliates to maximise their success. Track and analyse performance to refine the program. Image Library Management Maintain and organise an up-to-date library of high-quality images along with the rest of the team. Social Media Execute a killer content strategy across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Create engaging visuals and written content that showcase our products and brand story. Grow and engage our online community, responding to comments and messages. Support on performance analysis to maximise impact. Website & Digital Marketing Keep our website fresh with compelling content that aligns with product launches. Optimise product and landing pages for conversions and SEO. Track user behaviour and sales analytics to drive data- informed improvements. Email Marketing Plan, create, and send email campaigns that nurture our audience and boost sales. About you This is a unique opportunity to shape and grow a brand following its recent acquisition. While Trakke now sits within the Alpkit portfolio, it will continue to operate with its own distinct identity. This role requires someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, who thrives on building a brand and driving its growth independently. You ll need to be hands-on, adaptable, and excited by the challenge of revitalizing and expanding a heritage brand, bringing it to new audiences while staying true to its core values of craftsmanship, sustainability, and adventure. Trakke are looking for a creative and commercially-minded marketer with a passion for purposeful storytelling and engaging audiences. You ll need to have a strong background in digital marketing, particularly within e-commerce, travel, or lifestyle brands, and are adept at managing social media, email marketing, and website content. With a keen eye for design and excellent copywriting skills, you can craft compelling content that resonates with our community.
