Division 1,2 Players: Players: 11 players over age of 13, 7 Players Minimum at start of game Game length: Game length: 20 overs if different due to sunlight (see attached sheet )(10 overs a side constitute a game) Boundary: Boundary: Minimum 60 meters First 6 overs powerplay: First 6 overs powerplay: only 2 out of circle Fielding restriction: Fielding restriction: Minimum of 4 players in circle (not including bowler & wicketkeeper) Bowler run up: Bowler run up: Maximum 15 yards from stumps, painted line by home club No Ball: Any called by the umpire 1 run and free hit (height, front foot, players out of the circle ) No Ball: Wide s: Wide s: 1 run and a extra ball

Each pair has 4 overs all Fielding restriction: bowled at the same end but not consecutive overs by a bowler, then swap to the other end for the next pair. Wicket: Wicket: Bowled, caught, runout, hit wicket. ( change ends when wicket falls ) Boundary: Boundary: Maximum 40 meters, No Ball: No Ball: Any called from umpire, 2 runs ( more than 1 bounce, full pitch height of delivery, front foot, bowling action)( no extra ball till last over of innings ) Wide s: Wide s: Any called from umpire, 2 2 runs ( no extra ball till last over of innings )

Additional Rules for the league All youth cricketers need to be inputted to play cricket (ECB Recommendation) only put first name and surname as follows e.g.: ( Thomas Binding = Tom Bi )(for children under 18) Overseas player : shall only be eligible to play in t division 1 league with exceptions allowed in cup competitions. Exceptions may be granted by the committee in cases where the player is in the UK as a student, or to work on a work permit, where that person obtains no payment of any kind related to participation in cricket. This is cricket league for the community of rugby area and not for teams to pay or employ ( groundsman, coach ) people to play for their clubs. Category 1 - A player who is qualified to play for England (or is an EU citizen) and is not a category 2 player - See definition below. Category 2 - Contracted Player - to a first class county - Any contract a player has with a first class county, irrespective of its type, will make him a contracted player.
