Unlimited Pizza FOOD and BEVERAGE Cheese and Pepperoni Salad Chips & Queso Chicken Wings Boneless and Bone-In Unlimited Soft Drinks, Lemonade, Tea and Water 2 Specialty Blazer Drinks Popcorn Vendor Candy Ice Cream
Registration to attend will open in February Will include two liability release forms: PG and SERV Emergency contact name and phone number will be required Registration will close at midnight April 30 Absolutely NO late entrants 2 security guards will be onsite at SERV WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW Students will not be able to leave during the event, even with parent pick up Unruly behavior will result in parents being called to pick up their child or additional measures as deemed appropriate by the security guards No cash facility some items will be for purchase (ice cream, jewelry) Only small clear bags will be allowed highly recommend clothing with pockets that zip so bags are not needed no lockers or place on property to store items securely
DRIVER'S LICENSE OR PHOTO ID IS REQUIRED AT TIME OF CHECK IN CHECK-IN AT GEHS AT 7PM DAY OF EVENT STUDENTS WILL WAIT IN THE GYM UNTIL WE START LOADING THE BUSSES AT 8PM WRIST BAND WILL BE PUT ON AFTER REGISTRATION MAY 17th ARRIVE BACK AT GEHS AROUND 2:45AM LEAVE SCHOOL AT 8:15PM
