College Credit Plus College Credit Plus Three different ways to participate: OPTION A: Students can take courses at the high school with high school teachers who are credentialed at the college level. (Course availability determined by high school leadership.) OPTION B: Students can take courses at the high school taught by COTC faculty. (Course availability determined by high school leadership.) OPTION C: Students can take courses taught by COTC faculty at any one of the four campuses.
Knox Initiative The region s most innovative high school options program is the Knox Initiative. 2 Degrees in 2 Years 2 Degrees in 2 Years In partnership with Knox County schools, students complete their junior and senior year of high school at the COTC Knox Campus taking courses that count both toward a high school diploma and an Associate of Science Degree. Cost savings of more than $12,000 Complete the first two years of a bachelor s degree
College Credit Plus Innovative Partnership Exciting and innovative program offering you the opportunity to earn both a high school diploma and an associate degree in Business Management Technology. Must be a motivated, self-starter College-ready Transfer to many Ohio four-year institutions Workforce applicable skills and knowledge
College Credit Plus A College Credit Plus student is a COTC student! Resources available include: Academic assistance and open labs for writing, editing, speech development and math Disability support services Career exploration and fairs Resume guidance and interviewing skills Access to the COTC library IMPORTANT: CC+ courses are college courses and will be listed on your college transcript that will become your permanent academic record.
