SHSM Planner An introduction to the myBlueprint SHSM Planner for Enrolled Students
SHSM Planner Introduction myBlueprint can help you track your progress towards graduating with your Red Seal 1. Visit www.myBlueprint.ca and click Log In 2. Enter your email and password 3. Click Login
SHSM Planner for Enrolled Students As an enrolled SHSM student, you can track your own SHSM progress in your myBlueprint High School Plan Click View Progress on the right to look more closely at your completed requirements and what you still need to do to get your Red Seal
SHSM Planner for Enrolled Students The SHSM Tab provides you a detailed overview of your progress and requirements View the requirements that have been fulfilled View the courses that are fulfilling each bundled credit requirement Learn about additional requirements and what still needs to be completed
SHSM Planner for Enrolled Students When planning and submitting your courses, select the SHSM Courses tab to make the right choices 1. Click Add Course 2. Click SHSM Courses 3. View the list of Bundled Credit Requirements 4. Click the course to learn more about it 5. Click Add Course
SHSM Planner for Enrolled Students Explore Occupations that connect to your SHSM program 1. Click Work > Occupations 2. Search your SHSM program in the keywords search bar 3. Scroll through the occupation list and click on ones that are interesting to you 4. Click Do I Match? And complete the Compatibility Survey 5. Add the occupation to your portfolio and reflect on what you need to do to get into that job
SHSM Planner for Enrolled Students To document evidence of learning and reflect on your experiences, create an SHSM Portfolio 1. Click Portfolios 2. Give your portfolio a name, avatar, and banner image 3. Add media, journals, and work from myBlueprint that relates to your SHSM 4. Reflect on your growth and progress 5. Click Share to send your interactive portfolio to your SHSM teacher What artifacts should you add? PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), Customer Service, WHMIS Certificates, Resumes, Cover Letters, References, Volunteer Forms, and pictures of your experiences.
