Soccer can positively impact our community because it is good exercise for you. Playing soccer burns fat, works the muscles and your heart in several different ways. For example, there is a lot of running, making you sweat, and sweating burns fat. Also, running works the muscles in your legs. Lastly, running makes your heart pump blood.
