1. Explain the choice of the illustrations for the project by briefly describing them and noting the differences Hey, Kate. You know that? I ve just found two pictures suitable for our project Extreme sports ( ). Let me tell you a bit more about them. They are relevant to our project because in both pictures there are ACTION/LOCATION people doing extreme sports. In the first photo there is a group of people diving high in the sky. They are well equipped and they are holding hands making a square and flying all together. In the second picture there is a man, climbing a huge ice mountain. Ice is everywhere and it seems like it is very cold in there. This man has all necessary equipment as well. Obviously, these pictures depict different kinds of extreme sports. As can be seen in the second photo a man is doing his journey alone, while people on the left are making a group flight. Moreover, ice climbing is much more dangerous and physically demanding than skydiving. THAT JUSTIFIES THE CHOICE OF THE PHOTOS FOR THE PROJECT
Mention the advantages (12) of the two kinds of extreme sports In my opinion, these two kinds of extreme sports have their advantages. For instance, group skydiving can be much more exciting in the process of doing it, at the same time ice climbing is a bit slower and less shocking in a given moment.
Mention the disadvantages (12) of the two kinds of extreme sports. Of course, the kinds of extreme sports have disadvantages too. For example, some people may not be able to fly in the sky because of their fear of heights, as for ice climbing, it is more tiresome and dangerous. THESE DIFERNS(ES ) JUSTIFIES THE CHOICE OF THE PHOTOS FOR THE PROJECT AS THEY/IT HIGHLIGHT(S) THE TOPIC OF THE PROJECT
Express your opinion on the subject of the project what kind of activity would you prefer? As for me, I d prefer trying skydiving. Honestly speaking, it is my dream even though I m terrified of heights. Also, I love the idea of seeing cities and villages from a bird s-eye view. So, shall we use these photos in our project? Call me when you re ready to discuss if we can use them. Bye-bye.
