Moberg Short Task: Listen to the music This piece of music represents a time of day for example sunrise, the morning, the afternoon, sunset. What time of day do you think this music represents? Try to give 3 musical reasons to support your answer. Think about instruments, dynamics (loud/soft), if there are ostinato (repeated) patterns, if the melodies go up or down, if it is in a major or minor key... This piece is called 'Evening' It comes from a suite of music (music with different movements) all about the sun - - called 'Sunrise Orchestral Suite'
