  1. Prophetic Fulfillment in the Feasts

  2. What is the Liturgical Cycle? The liturgical cycles or times (Moadim) is the daily, monthly, yearly, and every seven years to 50 years of worship service in the temple and subsequently now (in a different form) in the Church. These are broken down into two daily sacrifices, a weekly Sabbath, monthly festivals & seasons, yearly festivals and then sets of seven Leviticus 23 - Sabbath & the 8th Day Passover- Sacrificial Lamb as atoning families and the Last Supper Firstfruits- Christ s resurrection, conquering death and the New Pascha Shavout/Pentecost- Sending of the Holy Spirit.

  3. Jonah as a type of Christ Jonah has been interpreted in the Church as a type of Christ because of Jesus own words that 8 Then some of the scribes and Pharisees said to Him, Teacher, we want to see a [a]sign from You. 39 But He answered and said to them, An evil and adulterous generation craves for a [b]sign; and yet no [c]sign will be given to it but the [d]sign of Jonah the prophet; 40 for just as JONAH WAS THREE DAYS AND THREE NIGHTS IN THE BELLY OF THE SEA MONSTER, so will the Son of Man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth. 41 The men of Nineveh will stand up with this generation at the judgment, and will condemn it because they repented at the preaching of Jonah; and behold, something greater than Jonah is here. -Matthew 12:38-41 Christ s resurrection has been prophesied throughout the book of Jonah, the Psalms and Isaiah 53 As Jonah was being swallowed by the whale Jesus entered Hades and conquered it and rather swallowed Death itself.

  4. Pentecost Two Loaves offered as Double Blessing (Jeremiah 31:31 & Ezekiel 36) Being Born again and the Baptism of the Spirit Joel 2-3 The Spirit is being poured out on all people Hosea 1-2 Those who were once far off and not His people have now become His people The Jews and the Gentiles are One in the Messiah by the Spirit of God unifying.

The Resurrection & Transfiguration of the saints 1 Kings 19 - Elijah s encounter with God pointing to the Encounter with Christ Ezekiel 37- Dry Bones being Resurrected All men will be resurrected but only the righteous will truly be Transfigured in Christ Trumpets on Yom Teruah marking a New Year/ Day and the coming of the Lord Zechariah 4 (two witnesses : Moses & Elijah?)

  6. Elevation of the Cross & Atonement for Israel Ezekiel 37 - the two sticks of the two houses of Israel becoming one Zechariah 10:6 This is the sign of the Cross and points to the salvation of the Jewish people both Israelite & Judean when Christ gathers all people for judgement Jesus will judge the nations and save His people! Zechariah 12 They will weep like one who weeps for an only Son The Cross is where we find salvation

Tabernacles & the Fullness of those Transfigured Zechariah 14 - The fullness of the Kingdom is in Christ s return Believers will dwell with God for eternity Zechariah 1 - The Temple of God being the Theotokos (Mary, Mother of God) The Mother of the Word of God was and is a type of the Temple as God dwelt in her just as God dwells in all true christians. She typified the temple as she was pure We are the Bride of Christ, the Temple of God, and The Body of Christ Ezekiel 40- 48 (Don t read but reference) All of this refers to the Heavenly Kingdom and Marriage Supper of the Lamb
