What is Silicon Valley Career Technical Education (SVCTE)? A program offered to 11th and 12th graders to allow them to obtain industry recognized certifications in the career pathway of their choice at the MetroEd campus located in San Jose. Student can earn: Quality skills needed for employment in chosen field 20-30 elective credits Internship opportunities Preparation for college
OYA MetroEd Site The campus is centrally located in San Jose near Capitol Expressway and Highway 87 760 Hillsdale Ave, San Jose, CA 95136

Requirements Be able to attend Monday-Friday Morning (7:30am-9:30am) or Afternoon (12:30pm-3:30pm) Commit to this schedule for an entire year (2 semesters) Attendance consistent with student s IS Agreement last 30 days Transfer to Snell site (Mr. Welch s roster) Attend MetroEd/OYA orientation Connect with School Counselor to complete application
