I Can Statement(s) I can locate on a world and regional political-physical map: Ganges River, Huang He (Yellow River), Chang Jiang (Yangtze) River, Bay of Bengal, Indian Ocean, Sea of Japan, South China Sea, Yellow Sea, Gobi Desert, Taklimakan Desert, Himalayan Mountains, and Korean Peninsula. I can locate on a world and regional political-physical map the countries of China, India, Japan, North Korea, South Korea, and Vietnam.

SE Asia Map Labeling Activity Students will use political and physical map to label select features in SE Asia.
Weekly Agenda: 3 Weekly Agenda: 3- -7 to 3 7 to 3- -11 11- -22 22 Weekly Work Period cont : SE Asia Physical Feature Chart Activity Students will complete a chart of physical features in SE Asia to include an illustration. SE Asia Billboard Activity Students will choose one of SE Asia s physical features and create a welcome sign that visitors will see as they enter the feature s region. The sign should include key facts about the feature, as well as illustrations. SE Asia Find Someone Who Knows Activity Students will be given several minutes to walk around the classroom and ask their classmates different questions on the sheet. When a classmate knows the answer, the student will write the answer (that the classmate said) down and the classmate will sign his/her name in the box. They can t ask the same person more than once! When time is up, check the answers to make sure everyone has them correct.
