  2. Spanish Wine Regions Key regions: Rioja Ribera del Duero Galicia Rias Baixas Catalunya (Penedes) Andalucia (Jerez)

  3. Brut Reserva Segura Viudas Region: Catalunya Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada Tasting notes: Elegant and persistent mousse. Aroma of white fruits, citrus and tropical fruits and light floral notes. Good acidity and notes of lime and pineapple on the palate. Dry and long finish.

  4. Davila Adegas Valmi or 2022 Region: Rias Baixas (Galicia) Albari o, Treixadura and Loureiro Tasting notes: Yellow gold colour. Aroma of spring flowers covered by mango and pineapple notes. Balanced between acidity and creaminess, with a tropical fruit touch combined with aromatic herbs.

  5. Gran Alans Bodega Alan s 2022 Region: Ribeiro (Galicia) Treixadura and Godello Tasting notes: Clean and bright wine, golden yellow with greenish sparkles. Highlights fruit aromas (melon and peach) with subtle notes of flowers.

  6. Viedos de Altura Bardos Region: Ribera del Duero Tempranillo Tasting notes: Vivid cherry red with purple undertones. Complex and fresh nose, with fruity notes and hints of spice in the background. Full-bodied with firm and polished tannins. Aftertaste of fruit.

  7. Gran Reserva Monasterio de las Vi as Region: Cari ena (Zaragoza) Garnacha, Tempranillo, Carignan Tasting notes: Fine ruby red colour. Aromas of redcurrants, tobacco and eucalyptus. Full-bodied and intense flavours of cherries, redcurrants and balsamic touches. Long and enjoyable finish.

  8. East India Solera Lustau Region: Jerez Blend of Oloroso (Palomino) and Pedro Xim nez. Tasting notes: Dark mahogany in colour. Vibrant notes of maple syrup, brown sugar, shoe polish, raisins and chocolate beer nuts. On the palate, it is smooth and rich, full of prune and burned orange peel flavours. Spicy notes appear just before its nuttiness and acidity cuts through the sweetness.
