The healing at the pool 1. Jesus went to Jerusalem for a religious festival. In the city was a water pool. 2. Many sick, blind and paralysed people were lying close to the pool. 3. Sometimes an angel of the Lord came down to this pool and stirred up the water. After this, the first person to go into the pool was healed from any sickness they had. 4. Beside the pool was a man who had been sick for 38 years. 5. When Jesus saw the man, he said: Do you want to be healed? English Online | English conversation classes
6. The man replied: Sir, I dont have anyone to put me in the pool when the water is stirred up. 7. I try to get in but someone else always gets there first. English Online | English conversation classes
