INTRODUCTION During this lesson we will be looking at Training Aids in a lesson The reason we are covering this subject is so that as an instructor you will have an understanding of the ways in which a training aid can assist a student s learning. By the end of this lesson you will be able to: - appropriate selection of training aids - types of training aids available - have an understanding of how best they can be used Slide 2
DEFINITION Anything that helps an instructor to present a lesson in more effective and interesting way. Aims - support the instructor - deliver teaching / practice stages of the lesson - present information in a more interesting and effective way. Slide 3
