Faith and Fortitude: Combating Fear and Hopelessness with Strength and Courage
In the journey of faith, we face challenges of fear and hopelessness. Nurture your faith with the Word of God, combat fear with faith, and combat hopelessness with fortitude, which is the strength that enables courage in adversity. Waiting on God builds fortitude, as seen in verses from Psalms and Isaiah. Strengthen your heart, renew your strength, and soar like eagles with unwavering faith and fortitude.

TWO MAJOR CHALLENGES WE FACE AT A PERSONAL LEVEL: FEAR AND HOPELESSNESS
Hebrews 11:1 (AMPC) ...[faith perceiving as real fact what is not revealed to the senses].
FORTITUDE IS MENTAL OR EMOTIONAL STRENGTH THAT ENABLES COURAGE IN THE FACE OF ADVERSITY
Psalm 27:14 Wait on the LORD; Be of good courage, And He shall strengthen your heart; Wait, I say, on the LORD!
Isaiah 40:28-31 28 Have you not known? Have you not heard? The everlasting God, the LORD, The Creator of the ends of the earth, Neither faints nor is weary. His understanding is unsearchable. 29 He gives power to the weak, And to those who have no might He increases strength. 30 Even the youths shall faint and be weary, And the young men shall utterly fall, 31 But those who wait on the LORD Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint.
Luke 10:38-42 38 Now it happened as they went that He entered a certain village; and a certain woman named Martha welcomed Him into her house. 39 And she had a sister called Mary, who also sat at Jesus' feet and heard His word. 40 But Martha was distracted with much serving, and she approached Him and said, "Lord, do You not care that my sister has left me to serve alone? Therefore tell her to help me." 41 And Jesus answered and said to her, "Martha, Martha, you are worried and troubled about many things. 42 But one thing is needed, and Mary has chosen that good part, which will not be taken away from her."
3, DONT LET MANY THINGS CAUSE YOU TO BE WORRIED AND TROUBLED
John 12:27 "Now My soul is troubled, and what shall I say? 'Father, save Me from this hour'? But for this purpose I came to this hour.
Hebrews 12:2 looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
IN THE LIGHT OF MY PURPOSE IN GOD, WHAT DOES THIS SEASON DEMAND FROM ME?
HOW WILL THE THINGS I DO NOW, CONTRIBUTE TO THE PURPOSE OF GOD, ONCE WE EMERGE OUT OF THIS SEASON
