TRIBAL STEWARDS FRAMEWORK 9.3 Million NOAA Grant to support 9.3 Million NOAA Grant to support Tribal Student Success Tribal Student Success Six community colleges will partner with five Tribes to advance the project: Peninsula College with the Makah Tribe. Grays Harbor College with the Quinault Indian Nation. Green River College with the Muckleshoot Indian Tribe. South Puget Sound Community College with the Squaxin Island Tribe. Spokane Community College and Wenatchee Valley College with the Colville Confederated Tribes. College excellence as student success-- changed lives, thriving families, strong communities, and as colleges achieving strong and improving student outcomes across the six-part framework. State leaders expand the network of practitioners across the state who can support efforts to improve student success. 14
