Attendance and Grade Policy Students marked absent can t participate the same day Excused for participation if they have a note from a doctor, school business, dentist, funeral, etc Semester GPA must be above 1.9 and passing 4 of 6 classes Weekly checks allow one E. Two E s and out for week. Some Students on Grade Plans. AD will communicate with coaches and students.
Pay to Participate $150 One time fee Fall due September 16, Winter due December 16, Spring due March 24 Pay via FINAL FORMS Collect prior to deadline
Frankenmuth Athletic Association Concession Assignments Autofest Stand up for the Eagles Fundraising event Uniforms are on a Cycle Request forms found on athletics website or AD office
CPR/CAP/Rules Meetings/GCN/Concussion Training All Coaches must be CPR Certified in order to coach All coaches must take MHSAA Rules Meeting GCN training taken yearly Concussion training is due every 3 years. If not on MHSAA rules meeting see AD.
Transportation/Bus Times Bus time due to Stephanie prior to season. Keep buses clean No metal spikes on bus No flash from cameras/phones on bus
Transportation Release Forms FHS Transportation Release Form Parents sign out students from events Alternate Transportation release Form Only used if student is leaving with someone over 18 other than their parents. Must be signed by an administrator at least 24hrs before event.
Varsity Letters and Pins Certificates Pins Cloth Letters
Invitationals Coaches are responsible for signing up. Let AD know Coaches are responsible for Invites when hosting. Get dates to AD in advance
Varsity Coach Responsibilities See coaches handbook Varsity coach oversees all sub varsity and middle school programs Evaluate sub varsity and assistant coaches
Finance and Budget Varsity coach is responsible for internal account. Fundraising Tax Exempt Form School Credit Card
