  4. INTRODUCTION Adolescents today face a lot of challenges growing up; among them, periodpoverty and stigma has been at the front. This has increased their vulnerability overtime hence there is a need to join hands to fight this problem as a way to advocate for their sexual reproductive health rights. 4

  5. Objective of the campaign Therefore, the objectives of this campaign include: To increase Awareness of menstrual health, menstrual hygiene and related issues. Promoting Access to menstrual hygiene product. Improving Sanitation Facilities in schools, churches, workplaces to ensure that menstruators have safe, private and hygienic places to manage menstruation. 5

  6. Geographical scope The focus is on urban and rural communities, where most services are hard to access, in our respective countries: Lesotho, South Africa and Zimbabwe. Our primary target are all adolescent menstruators in their diversity. Our secondary target are non-menstruators, parents, community leaders, church leaders, influencers of youth as well as the government and business sector. 6

  7. Key messages Menstruation is a natural process and should not be stigmatized or shamed Access to menstrual products is a basic Human Right. Period. Sanitary Towels should be affordable and easily accessible. It is everyone s responsibility to stop stigma and raise awareness on menstrual health and hygiene. 7
