User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Round 2 occurred February 1, 2 and 3 Member participation was not as good as round 1 Please remind your testers it is important to test during each round A few minor issues discovered Most are configuration issues No real functional defects Round 3, March 1, 2 and 3 (on software version 4.2) Round 4, March 22, 23 and 24 (on software version 4.3)

Change Management Activities Four rounds of UAT Monthly emails to all FAMIS users with links to website Planning virtual Town Hall in March/April Webinars in April and May TrainTraq course for FAMIS users in April All users will be provided a way to validate and practice logon in early April For more information see Change Management Initiatives on our website 5

  6. Overall Status No significant functional issues Integrations tested and working Laserfiche integration was corrected and working in UAT 2 Staff readiness and training this spring has begun FAMIS response time (performance) remains major focus Key go/no-go decision in March or early April

  7. Performance Impacts Examples of possible impact of slow performance Payroll reimbursement delayed one day. Currently payroll integration is sent to USAS on the same day as Workday payroll calculation Back office FAMIS user frustration Impact to Maestro response time Regular daily processes look good, but longer month-end and year-end processes may struggle to complete over-night 7

  8. Re-schedule March Meeting In light of the key go/no-go decision in late March, we need to move the Executive Sponsor meeting one week later Will reschedule to April 4 at 2:00 PM 8

  9. Annual Financial Report Update AFR project with EGP and OneStream kicked off in January On-going discussions on initial design Initial design document due to TAMUS for review in February has been delayed until March Integration specifications are now more clear 9

Asysco Status Performance remains a focus area for all Work being performed on both sides Root cause analysis complete Performance optimization schedule finalized Performance baseline tests agreed Major delivery last week (results to be shared once tested and available) On-Site planning We are on-site this week and next Future travel planned, but need to remain flexible (travel restrictions)

  12. Asysco Update - continued UAT Round 2 completed successfully Round 3 starting tomorrow Daily batch improvement o Running more autonomously and faster Operational Readiness Monthly go/no-go criteria Training plan Cut-Over preparations underway 12

Asysco Summary Successful Round 2 of User Acceptance Testing Showing improvements in the daily batch cycles User experience less eventful Round 3 batch execution through scheduling tool (no manual intervention) Detailed plan through to go-live including go/no-go monthly meetings Performance remains our number 1 priority All remaining workstreams are progressing Everyone remains focused and positive

Performance tuning with the corresponding fixes, partner readiness and the impact on go-live require close monitoring. Definitive completion of planned tasks prior to the 4 upcoming stage gates will determine June 2022 go-live readiness/risk.
