Go-live Weekend Activities Go-live planned to initiate November 18, 2022 1. Mainframe data unload 2. Data Migration 3. Reconfigure integrations 4. Technical health checks 5. Change Management Initiatives Five rounds of UAT have introduced many FAMIS users to the new system TrainTraq courses for significant changes in development for fall rollout New log on process Sort order difference System time out due to inactivity Continuing updates to project website Presentations to CFOs and CIOs Virtual Town Halls and connectivity validation planned for fall Site visits with several members completed Emails to CFOs with request to share broadly 11
Asysco Status All performance enhancements delivered, results are positive Focused on execution of tests for Shadow Server & AggieBuy Exploring further optimizations within the Monthly Payroll process Bi-weekly deliveries changing to monthly going forward Several workstreams are now complete with remaining workstreams close to completion excellent progress, strong effort across all teams We are shifting our efforts towards readiness Training Operationally Dress Rehearsal Cut-Over Planning
Asysco Summary Workstreams have been completed (or are very close) Everyone remains focused and positive We are in a really good place right now

Annual Financial Report Update Progress on AFR project with EGP and OneStream continues Some challenges being resolved Project timeline has been re-structured Pilot project with a few members scheduled for August kick-off Provides more time for work on reports and processes Data load for FY 2021 complete and data validation in progress Data load for FY 2022 in progress 16
