System Integration Testing (SIT) Ran from March through August 2021 All integrations to and from FAMIS were tested At this time only two integration defects remain to be resolved 108 integration tests run, 95% pass rate at this time Your users will be able to run similar tests during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) 4

  5. Other Activities Operational improvements and readiness File watching for all inbound integrations Re-working and re-routing most file transfers through a new product GoAnywhere Managed File Transfer Clean up and remediation of operational scripts Software code and database is stable 5

  6. End to End Testing Began September scheduled to end November 2021 Designed to verify fully integrated and operational system Full daily, monthly and annual cycles being tested Monitoring batch performance to ensure efficiency of system Preparation for UAT which begins January 2022 6

Upcoming Activities Performance testing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to begin in January Designed to ensure end users have confidence in the solution Opportunity to have local users familiar with system at go-live Testers from each member asked to enter data, review output and report any bugs Process to be completed by end of February Go-live preparations and staff training 7

Asysco Update Detailed monthly plans including milestones Keeping the team informed Reviewing weekly with the team Bi-Weekly Deliveries Stable releases No regression Improved code turnaround time TAMUS installation time improved Workplan agreed for Spool & Job Management and work has started on both sides Performance focus group working together to optimize code and infrastructure configuration

Asysco Summary End to End business process testing progressing well Progress being made across all workstreams Quality remains high, system is stable testing is finding no new issues Control-M/WYLBUR & MFT remain high priority workstreams TAMUS team remains responsive and supportive From next month (November 8) we are allowed to travel again, and we will be back on-site in College Station
