By being financially well, more can be accomplished with your money Learning to create and stick to a budget is also important. A budget will plan out expenses, allowing the user to track, predict, and familiarize themselves with their spending habits The ability to live within one s means; to be prepared for short- term and long-term financial emergencies Financial Wellness involves the process of learning how to successfully manage financial expenses Money plays a critical role in our lives and not having enough of it impacts health as well as academic performance 3
