The construction was entrusted to Hyundai. These decisions were taken without economic analysis and public discussion. So far, there is no officially announced price of the project for two AP 1000 reactors, nor an officially announced deadline.

No one is talking about the cost of building a spent nuclear fuel repository. That is, there is no talk of $2-3 billion in additional costs. We know that the practice in Europe and the USA is that the construction of new nuclear power plants has a great delay and increase in cost. Thus, the price at the end of construction is much higher.

But for now there is no official information on this topic. There is no signed contract or agreement with the two banks.
