Notice of General Election In January, prior to the election, BER will notify you to review and approve the Notice of General Election within the SOE portal for your county. Pursuant to Section 100.021, F.S., BER will have the NOE published twice in a local newspaper 30 days prior to the beginning of the qualifying period. 14
