  2. FOOD SAFETY WITH THE CORONA VIRUS Kenneth Moody Nutrition Kitchen Coordinator

  3. LOOKING ON THE BRIGHT SIDE: FOOD APPEARS SAFE!!!!!!!! There have been NO confirmed infections stemming from food sources. Neither the FDA nor the EFSA have found any links between infection and food. Very strong food safety in our food chains. The virus seems to prefer a live host. Very limited phase for infection. Most food has a KILL PHASE .

  4. PRECAUTIONS WHEN EATING OUT There are many recommended guidelines for restaurateurs from: CDC, NRA, and our Governor. All guidelines are to follow the basic FDA health code with the addition of social distancing. Restaurant occupancy is based on social distancing, not room capacity.

  5. PPE IN THE RESTAURANT WORLD: THE GOOD, THE BAD, AND THE UGLY OF GLOVE USE Gloves are required for certain jobs, but not all. Servers wearing gloves wash their hands less frequently than servers not wearing gloves. Masks are recommended but not required in AZ.

  6. SPOTTING BAD ACTORS Restaurants SHOULD NOT look normal Blocked off tables Slightly slower service Extra Sanitizer Buckets Hand Sanitizer at the entrance Single use EVERYTHING Some sort of written statement
