Introduction: Our bodies need different kinds of food, we can keep our bodies healthy by choosing the right type of food. We need to know the types of food and its usefulness to be able to identify the appropriate foods for our bodies. Standards understand the importance of a balanced diet for good health. Objectives: 1. Identify types of food that make a balanced diet for a healthy body through the nutritional information label on the food cans. 2. 2. Define the Balanced diet through discussion and dialogue. 3.List the basic food sources from a video. Tasks Dear student work in collaboration with your group to : 1. identify types of food that represent a balanced diet for your healthy body, and conclude the importance of the food label. 2. Identify main food sources. 3. define balanced food. In collaboration with the group, organize and display the information you have collected by choosing one of the following methods: 1. report 2. foldable 3.
