Building Momentum 2021-2022 Commences 1stJanuary 2021 Ends 31stDecember 2022 Negotiations on a successor to commence early summer 2022 Forsa NEC recommended acceptance at NEC 15th December 2020
Pay Terms 1stOctober 2021 -1% or 500 whichever is the greater 1stFebraury 2022 1% of payroll for a sectoral bargaining round 1stOctober 2022 1% or 500 whichever is the greater Employee on 25k per annum will receive 500 equivalent to a 2% pay increase Increase applies to pensionable allowances
Haddington Road Measures (added time) An independent body will hear submissions from March 2021 Recommendations arising will be met by the provision of 150 million Changes will commence in 2022 Any other remaining items will be addressed in 2023 or the next agreement
Forsa On-line Ballot Email ballot to take place Need to access personal emails Update my details very important that all are involved The closing date for casting your vote is 5.00pm on Thursday 11th February 2021.
