  2. What does the Foundation do? We provide HOPE Clean water Less Disease Peace in their world We provide OPPORTUNITY To learn to read To earn a living To learn better agricultural method

Your Service, Your Leadership in the community Your generosity Great last RY Annual Fund -- $178.60 per capita highest to date PolioPlus -- 0 non-giving clubs Major Donors 4 new PHF 359 new PHS - 114 EREY 86% BUT we SHOULD DO BETTER Sustaining Members 1470, just 70% Rotary Direct 236 highest in zone

  4. RY 2019- 20 Expectations Annual Fund -- +3% Major Donors 10 new ones PHF 360 new EREY 90% but should be 100% Sustaining members 75% but can be 100% Rotary Direct 236 now, 260 at end of RY PolioPlus -- $45 per capita PHS, endowments give us candidates, we will follow up

Clubs without Goals 8 do not have annual fund goal 9 do not have Polio goal (same clubs plus one) Half do not have goals for major gifts, bequest and benefactor We can help you me, Carol, your AG Realistic goals, not just place holder Difficult to motivate if you do not have goals Show your PE how to do. Should be completed for 2020-21 NLT than May

Capture the heart, stories, videos Educate what does the money do concrete examples New Members encourage as part of induction Use matching points One-on-one soft sellers not head crackers - major negative Dedicated Club meeting, Giving Tuesday (27 Nov), Nov, Rotary Birthday (23 Feb), your club s birthday Social function with families to educate, particularly Polio Poster at each meeting entry showing individual status Give away for Sustaining, EREY, PolioPlus hat, tee, ? (costs yes)

You have help Club President and Foundation Chair KEY Use the AGs, the foundation committee just ask Find good speakers a district grant story, an international project story, global scholar Try a different method perhaps some of last slide Blurb each month or more EREY, Sustaining member, Club status report, Polio

  8. EVERY ROTARIAN, EVERY YEAR 100% Member Participation

  9. World Polio Day- 24 October DG $45 per capita 78 cases in 2 countries as of 23 Sept (since Jan 19) 60 cents immunizes a child

  10. Doing Good in the world that is what we do, and the Foundation is our tool
