MOBILITY OFFICE Administrative Services: 8 Central Services: aim to provide efficient support to the University s operations and to facilitate the work of students, academic and administrative personnel Studies and Student Welfare Service Mobility Office is responsible to: facilitate the mobility of students, staff and graduates welcome the outgoing and incoming students organize info weeks, Erasmus staff weeks and presentations Success stories: More than 400 students and alumni experienced the possibilities of the Erasmus Program through Frederick University Frederick University, Recipient of the ECTS and Diploma Supplement Labels 3 Honorable Distinctions by the CY National Agency during the 2011-2013, for the excellent quality of the results obtained from the implementation of the LLP An Honorable Distinction by the European Commission: Frederick University has been identified and selected by the European Commission for its good performance in the implementation of the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE). The Frederick University inspiring practices will be featured in the European Commission s online self-assessment tool ECHE: Make It Work for You! which will be launched later this year with the aim to support institutions in implementing the Charter. PROFESSIONAL DUTIES Provide coordination regarding European Programs. More specifically: Informing and consulting about the programs Welcoming incoming students and organizing orientation week; Responsible for all the paperwork Providing problem solutions; Providing help regarding accommodation and other practical information; Travelling often abroad to attend job related jobs (e.g. ERACON) Responsible for all the financial organisation of the programs; Completing annual interim and final reports Marianna Michael Mobility Office
