  2. Jesus answered them, Truly, truly, I say to you, everyone who practices sin is a slave to sin. John 8:34

  3. He says, If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 1 John 1:8 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, Romans 3:23

  4. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:9

  5. For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 6:23

  6. All things are lawful for me, but not all things are helpful. All things are lawful for me, but I will not be dominated by anything. 1 Corinthians 6:12
