Ministry is all about dealing with people's sins not their successes.

The trouble is with me, for I am all too human, a slave to sin. I don't really understand myself for I want to do what is right, but I don't do it. Instead, I do what I hate. - Romans 7:13
Am I a slave or am I free? 1. Sin will always have an effect on us. 2. 2. Even Even if we are subject to the effect of if we are subject to the effect of sin, we're not slaves to sin. sin, we're not slaves to sin.
So then, brethren, we are under obligation, not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh for if you are living according to the flesh, you must die; but if by the Spirit you are putting to death the deeds of the body, you will live. For we know that the whole creation groans and suffers the pains of childbirth together until now. And not only this, but also we ourselves, having the first fruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting eagerly for our adoption as sons, the redemption of our body. -Romans 8:22-23
