You have a project that you want to make green 4. A developer may be able to finance the cost of the improvements for you using a portion of this revenue to pay off the loan TOTAL COST OF PROJECT 3. But the improvements generate revenue: utility savings or low-cost electricity 5. Without: Requiring guaranteed savings A lien on your real estate
