Isolation of fungi from air 1. Prepare 2 agar plates for each group. 2. Make 4 groups of students. 3. First group: Open the plates in the lab for 30-45 mins and label it as lab sample, 021123, name. 4. Second group: Open the plates in the car park for 30-45 mins and label it as CP, 021123, name.
Isolation fungi from air 5. Third group: Open the plates in the Restaurant area for 30-45 mins and label it as REST, 021123, name. 6. Fourth group: Open the plates in the Main building crowded area for 30-45 mins and label it as CA, 021123, name. 7. Incubated for 5 days at 25-28 C.
