VER, Verification of Excellence in Research, (Ministry of Education, Peer-Review, 2022, 2026) Performance Evaluation, Yearly, by the Slovak Academy of Science Performance Contract 2024-2026 with the Slovak Academy of Sciences/Government, from Reco Recovery Plan EU/SR

  3. Accredidation 2022 Main Tasks resulting from conclusions Create a foci of research that are usually centered around outstanding personalities. When choosing target journals for publication, pay attention to the quality of the journals. The rejuvenation process is critical. We focus on recruiting doctoral students and postdoctoral fellows, both domestic and foreign.

  4. VER Verification of Excellence in Research Peer-Review based on the 25 papers/outputs from the period 2020-2024. We will ask for an assement. Each assessment request will have 3 components (modules): Creative (scientific or artistic outputs) - weight 70% Social impact of creative (scientific / artistic) activity - weight 15% Creative (scientific / artistic) environment - weight 15% Social Impact - case studies to assess the societal impact of creative activities. Not only regional, wider extent.

Performance Contract 2024-2026 III The Institute of Mathematics Excellent research 10 % increase in 1st decile publications (from 6 to 6,6, Scopus) To have international grant - ERC, ESA, NATO MYP, Horizon Europe or in another important international scheme in which the application will be evaluated (even if it does not reach the threshold level for award, but will not be automatically discarded). quality research environment 10 % increase of the the average (for the observed period) of the share of the number of students after successfully completing the dissertation exam and the number of instructors (employees I or IIa with at least 50 % FTE).
