Welcome Speech Welcome to GCSA s 1stAGM meeting after establishment in August 2023 GSCA objectives and mission Committee Member Introduction Members enrolled as on date today No. of events that happened in GCSA uptil 30thJune Run through of the agenda and set the expectation for the meeting format Talk about time reminders so to stay on the topic & move to next agenda items Members encouraged to provide open and honest feedback. Committee will ensure to work on the improvement.

Balance Sheet Balance Sheet Key statistics & Information: Key statistics & Information: - GCSA s current ratio is 1.85, which show s we are able to maintain and service our liabilities - The outstanding payment of $1,989 is for the Uttrayan event. GCSA will clear the dues before 30 June 2025. - Prepaid expense for August s Family fiesta event is for the hall that was booked in June to secure the event spot. - Three donations for Anand Garbo event were received in July, but income was recognised in this financial year.

Events Highlights (upto 30th June 2024) Sharad Purnima Uttrayan Holi Anandno Garbo Free event for members with dinner 250+ members attended the event 1stexclusive cultural festival Success event by getting kites & reel given at affordable cost to all members 400+ members attended the event Food for sale at the event Despite weather conditions, huge turn up of members and other local community members at the event 200+ members attended the event Affordable cost of edible colours at the event First event with food stalls from local vendors at the event with variety of food & drinks One of best cultural event from a known member of the community. Got opportunity to do this event in the Cardiff temple 300+ members attended the event Free event

  9. Event plan for 2025 - First opportunity for GCSA members to share their views of the events they wish for 2025 - GCSA members can share their event plan for 2025 - Community, religious and cultural activities

GCSA members can share general feedback or anything about the recent events or events after 30th June i.e. Family Fiesta and Sharad Purnima festival Any other business Discuss about location, food, items availability at the event, volunteer, housekeeping, pricing & affordability for the members in general

Event closure Thanks for everyone who joined from their valuable time and give feedback Special thanks to all the volunteers for their tireless effort and work at each event to make it successful Special thanks to all the vendors who always supported the event and ensured that the community service is priority above the profit and supported their staff Thanks to all the members to buy tickets, support GCSA with the mission and objectives, follow housekeeping and general management things for each event
