Status of implementation Version Function 1.1 1.2 1.3 1.4 1.5 GCU Homepage transferred, KWL (keeper wagon list ) based on GCU Appendix 4, new Appendix 15 and new Appendix 16, the central communication platform WDR wagon damage report (Appendix 4) GCU-, WDR and WDR Attachments sended via GCU Broker. Parallel paths must be excluded. Wagon Damage Reports (WDR) shall be provided by the RU to the Keeper of the wagon. A Wagon Damage Report consists of the protocol (WDR) and optional attachments (WDR ATTM). WPM wagon performance data, RU can exchange mileage data according to GCU Appendix 15 directly via the GCU Broker as WPM with the keeper RSDS (rolling stock data set )RU and keepers can exchange wagon data according to GCU Appendix 16 directly via the GCU Broker. RUs: requesting technical wagon data Keepers: providing technical wagon data via interfaced Rolling Stock Reference Database (RSRD) Keepers must store wagon technical data in a Rolling Stock Reference Database (TAF TSI obligation) and provide access to it via the GCU Broker. Further developments In discussion: Concept for the requirement: WDR for wagons not on train journey ( at the moment only possible with train-number) Completion of WDR PDF by damage description (GCU appendix 9) Setting up a system for measuring the usage (KPI s) The GCU Broker is ready to use: please use it ! Usage of GCU Broker 688 active signatories Very active companies are MIR, Lineas, CD Cargo, DB Cargo, RCG , RSRD2, Raildata WPM: (mileages) 1 signatories (RUs) is sending WPM as XML , some RU s are in test-phase 10 signatories are sending WPM as csv message ( Raildata in testphase for sending WPM over the Broker) WDR and WDA : (Wagon damage report and Wagon damage attachments 1 signatories (RUs) is sending WDR as XML , some RU s are in test-phase 21 signatories are sending WDR as pdf (via GUI ) message 95 signatories are receiving WDR messaages RSDS many queries , but only one RSRD is connected, (RSRD2) and many keepers have not yet been activated that it is possible to get this data (work in progress )) Ulrike Makower UIC/RailData
