Gender Analyses Good Practices Criteria Criteria Explanation General guide is applied, majority of guiding questions is reflected and answered; in some cases slight change of standard structure are plausible The analyses reflects gender dimensions on all 4 levels: Meta, Macro, Meso, Meta All chapters are complete Primary (field) data were collected and are applied Data are not older than 4 years Data-gaps or missing information are mentioned explicitly (in introduction, subchapter and/or chapter 6 `open questions` Methods and planned activities to close those data-gaps are mentioned Structure and subject matter 1 Data-/ Information 2 Intersectionality An intersectional approach is reflected and applied (multiple discrimination) 3 Potentials (chapters. 1-5, `conclusions`) for gender-transformative measures (chapter. 6), aiming at changing gender based roles, power structures, norms etc. are presented. Gender Analyses Good Practices Criteria Critera Explanation Main aspects are summarized per chapter Relevant aspecs to foster gender equality and to minimize uninted negative effects on it, are presented Prioretization of aspects, that are integrated into chapter 6, through concrete measures to foster gender equality or to minimize negative effects on it through the project. Conclusions 5 The template (chapter 6) is complete Measures directly derived from conclusions (ideally this could be marked through numbers or colour codes) Promotion and mitigation measures are concrete and realistic in the given context The template is matching the offer concept (e.g. the results matrix, KSN or module offer), meaning measures and indicators are matching the concept of the offer as well as the single outcomes and outputs. The quality of the suggestions for indicators follow the OECD DAC-standards and for BMZ projects the BMZ marker guide standards (check GG1 checklist and also god practice gender indicator collection for good examples) The justification on the GG marker is plausible Template with measures 6 17.03.2025
