Approved by Governing Body for a two-year term in November 2018 (now extended until 2021) Purpose and function Review and revise the GER web section on the GA website Advise and support the GA in the effective dissemination of GER Spotlight themes from academic geography that might support teachers subject knowledge development Recommend foci for future National Research Reports

What is GERwg currently doing? Organising a writing workshop at #GAconf21 to encourage researchers to write up their research for one of the GA s journals. Planning a research poster exhibition for #GAconf22 to complement the existing reporting research sessions. Reviewing and revising the GER web section on the GA website
