3-3 Parallel Lines & the Triangle Angle Sum Theorem GEOMETRY
Triangle Angle-Sum Theorem The sum of the measures of the angles of a triangle is 180. m A + m B + m C = 180
CLASSIFY TRIANGLES BY ANGLES Acute All angles are acute. Right Equiangular All angles are congruent. Obtuse One obtuse angle. One Right Angle.
CLASSIFY TRIANGLES BY SIDES Scalene Equilateral All sides are congruent. Isosceles At least two sides are congruent. No Sides are congruent.
TRIANGLE EXTERIOR ANGLE THEOREM THE MEASURE OF EACH EXTERIOR ANGLE OF A TRIANGLE EQUALS THE SUM OF THE MEASURES OF ITS TWO REMOTE INTERIOR ANGLES.
