  10. Star Council Award Star Council Award For the last fraternal year the state only had 13 councils receive the star award out of 114 councils. The councils that received star will be getting back $4.50 for each member from Supreme. For a council with 74 members like 12984 that is $314.50. For 12862 with 179 members the amount they received is $760.75. A council with 300 members would get $1275.00. A lot can be done with this extra money. Most councils are already doing most of the programs, with a little extra effort we can have 114 star councils. A total of $84,357.00 can be retained for meaningful programs here in GEORGIA!
