Georgia Studies Georgia Studies Content Content All course content is from the GSE for 8th Grade Social Studies. Your child has a copy of the standards. They are also on my ItsLearning page in the Course Documents folder. 8th graders will take an EOG test for Georgia Studies in May.

Its Learning Classwork & homework assignments are posted on the Its Learning PLANNER. I post the entire unit at once, so students can plan ahead. Study resources are provided on the Unit Resource page for every test. Students should check Its Learning every evening.
High School Course High School Course Recommendations Recommendations 8th grade teachers make recommendations in February, so recommendations are based on 1st Semester grade. What is offered for 9th graders? AP Human Geography On-level World Geography & History in Film AP World History (Alliance only)
High School Course High School Course Recommendations Recommendations Requirements for AP Recommendation: A high A (96+) in GA Studies 1st Semester Maintaining that high A 2nd Semester An Honors Lit recommendation. Parents DO have the option to waive students in (or out) of AP Human, regardless of the recommendation.
