This eight-week programme is designed for students aspiring to be global leaders, focusing on intercultural business thinking skills, cross-cultural management, and professional knowledge in a multicultural business platform. Participants will engage in project-based learning with supervision, guided by London experts, and develop skills in team building, leadership, and effective communication.

Assessing in different ways Assessment should not only be used at end of a project / task (Summative) Assessment should be ongoing and should take place throughout learning process (Formative) Assessment should drive PBL
Summative Assessment Tests Completed tasks or projects done after the fact Gives feedback on how well they have done Analysis of results can be used to identify areas for improvement
