ST1 Educational Supervisors in GP Clinical Supervisors in Hospital Post Study Leave Process (15,15,5 days. 1650) Aug 2015 Days in GP during hospital posts ST1 Teaching Programme Assessments and eportfolio demo ST2- ITP posts, Teaching Programme and the AKT exam ST3 Day Release Course, Residential and CSA exam

  3. To receive the Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) You must have passed all 3 components: AKT + CSA + WPBA

  4. There is a lot to get done! Workplace Based Assessment: Learning Log Entries showing competence in all required skills and in all areas of the GP Curriculum. And

  5. Workplace Based Assessment COTs (Consultation Observation Tool) CBDs (Case Based Discussion) Audit MSF (Multi-Source Feedback from colleagues) PSQ (Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire) CEPS/Mini CEX (Examinations and Procedures) SEA Out of Hours Sessions (6 in ST2, 12 in ST3) PDP Form R / GMC Survey and reflection

  6. Planning and Progress Reviews Regularly discuss your progress with your GP Educational Supervisor Plan out what you need to do and when you plan to do it You should meet your Clinical Supervisor at the beginning, middle and end of the placement CSR and ESR Review 6 monthly Annual Panels

  7. EXAMS AKT EXAM CSA EXAM The Training Programme is aimed at helping you prepare but you also have to be self-directed Read everything on the RCGP Website

  8. ADVICE ABOUT THE EPORTFOLIO It is critical that you engage with the eportfolio as the panel use this evidence to assess whether you have attained the competencies and skills required If you persistently do not engage with the eportfolio your Educational Supervisor will record your progress as unsatisfactory Persistent poor engagement puts you in breach of your contract of employment
