Why? Reason for the Enhancement Increase functionality to assist with auditing, reporting and efficiencies. Create the foundation for better customer service and less risk. Help us to comply with Federal mandates. Implement fixes to repair the system to eliminate dropped data. Elimination of sequential paper processes to improve award establishment. All pertinent data available in the system, so all users have access, including key regulatory and reporting requirements data. Provide immediate increased efficiency along with potential cost savings. 4
