Year Round Campaigns The following fundraising schemes run annually in conjunction with our events calendar. Absolutely vital this year. Schemes are widely underused we believe largely because people don t know about them and people don t know how easy it is to sign up. Potential to raise a lot of money with little effort. Each year we lose the Year 6 members so need new families to sign up. Schemes are: 1. 2. 3. Payroll Giving/Give as you earn (GAYE) 100 Club Shopping Vouchers Scheme Simply email gsa@greenway.herts.sch.uk to sign up www.pta-events.co.uk/gsa
Payroll Giving/Give As You Earn Does your employer run a Payroll Giving/GAYE Scheme? A tax effective way for you to donate to the GSA. Decide upon a monthly donation, which is deducted automatically from your gross monthly salary so we get more of the donation and it costs you less. It provides us a regular income so we can guarantee money is coming in, which is of particular importance this year! Contact your HR department or look on company intranet for how to sign up. This donation can also be matched by the employer. GSA Registered charity number: 1064204 If just 25 people signed up to donate 10 per month it equates to 3000 annually (the same as a Christmas fair). www.pta-events.co.uk/gsa
GSA 100 Club School lottery open to all parents, families, staff. Enter by buying a number (or multiple numbers) between 1-100, which is then allocated to you for the year. The annual fee for one number is 24. If your number is pulled out at the monthly draw you win a cash prize We split the proceeds 50/50 - half going to the school and half being used for the prize money. If we sell all 100 numbers that will raise 1200 for the school and 1200 for this year's prize pot! To become a member of the 100 club, simply email gsa@greenway.herts.sch.uk to register your interest and we will send you an entry form plus full Terms & Conditions. www.pta-events.co.uk/gsa
Shopping Voucher Scheme An easy way to raise money whilst doing your usual weekly shop or for one off purchases (buy your christmas food and gifts with vouchers!) Buy shopping vouchers on a monthly basis (or one off) for the brands below through the GSA and the school receives a commission. Currently only 40 families are part of this scheme. If every family in the school bought 25 worth of vouchers per month we would raise 3000 per year - that s the same as a Christmas Fair (and it doesn t cost you anything extra!) Simply email gsa@greenway.herts.sch.uk to sign up www.pta-events.co.uk/gsa
