PURPOSE To facilitate Federal Contractor Guam Stakeholder Agency (GSA) relationships resulting in: Improved contractor compliance; Increased value of GSAs to the contractor community, and; Improved Communications all designed to; GET PEOPLE HIRED
IMPORTANCE Federal Contractors must and Non-Federal contractors are strongly encouraged to establish formal relationships with GSAs as part of the requirement to: Develop and maintain action oriented programs - a step BEYOND simple letters and/or job postings; Demonstrate GOOD FAITH EFFORT , and; MEET YOUR GOALS
WHAT YOU CAN DO Work with your GSA representatives to build effective communications and a formalized process between you to successfully: Establish solid long lasting relationships; Receive, respond to and maintain an effective flow of communications; Track referrals and hires, and; GET PEOPLE HIRED
